Whoah..It's GOOD TO BE BACK!!!!! ....Been a long time since I last posted...Well, I just have one question for you guys..any body heard of a sanzibar (zanzibar, sansibar), a waray blade from the islands of leyte and samar from the Philippines? _________________ The stronger swordsman does not always win. |

sorry for the late reply bushido_man96..I've gotten hold of a sanzibar last december 2007. I will post a picture a soon as i can. Its basically a straighter version of the bolo. It is forged only in one town in the province of leyte, eastern visayas region of the philippines. I went there for my thesis research (world war II), so I passed the town. _________________ The stronger swordsman does not always win. |
