Thanks for the extra info on those books. I haven't read either of them. But, I was wondering about GOM's sources. He mentions some interesting details that I would like to study more. _________________ A block is a strike is a lock is a throw. |

I see now that my question was able to garner much interest! Thanks and perhaps 'GOM' would not mind sharing that info to others? If not: understood. 'GOM', you require a PM to share this info?
