I just repaced my old soft punching bag to a very hard one.
Total different in the feel of the bag, Whats peoples idea on hard V soft bag. _________________ Learn and u shall Teach

Yes,its better to train on a harder surface then a soft one.So stick with the hard bag to develop power and to toughen up your hands. _________________ 3rd Kyu Brown Belt
