Thanks posting these up I'm working on improving my sparring and sometimes it is good to read as well as hear what your instructor is telling you. Sometimes in the heat of the ring things don't sink in.

I was watching one of my favorite movies yesterday and I managed to do 9.5 minutes but not sure if I will be able to do it again or not.

I wish I can do it again and increase the time even but it will take heeps of time
