|
|
Hello Martial Artists,
I think that most of you keep up your skills, outside the trainings in the dojo as well.
But how do you exercise? At home or some other spots?
In free nature, like the park or the beach, when the weather is nice?
Can you mention a couple of good spots for exercising?
Greetings,

I work out at home sometimes. Sometimes at the park with the kids, I'll do some forms, or push ups or pull ups on the bars, etc.

haha indeed,
it doesn't matter where you train. It could be anywhere. When I get up from my seat behind the computer and get a drink, my living room is standard maegeri, the walls in the hallway can expect haishu/uraken and some "special" bodymovement is done to position myself perfectly for the fridge! |

Dojo, conservatory, and sometimes outside.
I remember training on the beach one night, in a storm with heavy rain! _________________ Worthing MMAA |

I like practicing best either at the school or alone at home. _________________ There is little honor in going down. There is no honor in going down without a fight. --- Victory dwells in the individual, not the style.

Oddly enough, my son and I always used to do kumite in the grocery store. _________________ Doug
