i prefer learning ground attacks and defense more than standing...the only standing attacks i even work on are take downs lol. the reason being, most people can stand up and fight, but if a skilled (or even semi-skilled) grappler takes you down and you don't know how to grapple you're a fish out of water. _________________ " The art of Kung Fu San Soo lies not in victory or defeat, but in the building of human character."
