Man, I would definitley bring some rehydration powder, pepto in pill form and immodium for the stray stomach probs you'll run into sooner or later. The rehydration powder is for the crazy amount of sweating you'll do if you plan on training, I got so dehydrated that I was cramping from any small movement ... definitley not fun. Oh one last thing, Heavilly DEET concentrated bug spray, I don't want to make you paranoid, but my wife picked up Dengue fever from a mosquito bite down there. Probly won't kill you, but from watching her I can tell you it sucks. A Lot. And will most certainly put the kibocsh on any training you planned.
Have fun!
PS. If you don't have lonely planets thailand guide, I'd highly reccomend it as well. _________________ "I once thought that life was a mixed bag, now I know it's just a bag of all" |
