No punch is any good without full co-ordination of the hip

the jab is a blinding strick. hitting the eye, noise, it dosen't require much power.
but many of my knock outs are form my jabs.
a good few jab to the eye and noise and boom its over |

There are also several jabs that can be used, and as the major freestler that i am i guess i should point these out.
U've got the boxer's jab; the vertical fist jab (a wushu move i learned from a dude called Jean {french John}) where the hole in the middle of ur hand is point up, but ur hand is kinda rising; and u've got the cork-screw (a very obscure sort of jab)...
It basically comes down to the fact that no matter what u use the jab for, make sure that if u r gonna use it then have a clear mind about what u r doing with it. I.E: Hit, confuse, mislead, knockout, break the guard etc...
