I had a buffet for lunch today...philly steak grilled sandwich, pattymelt, popcorn shirmp, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, and desert....
Desert: chocolate chip cookies, bread pudding, chocolate cake.

Lunch: Ham and cheese sandwich on a roll, yogurt, banana, and diet Coke.

Dinner at McDonald's with my boys . . .
Cheeseburger, shared fries, had a diet (as in sugar-free) Coke, and we each had a chocolate chip cookie!
