Many things go into preparedness to fight besides physical conditioning. That being said, I know that I am less prepared to fight at the age of 45 because it takes me awhile to warm up. I would not have that luxury if a fight suddenly popped up. Training regularly makes a big difference. Those in regular fighting shape will do better. Otherwise nobody would do it. _________________ Only as good as I make myself be, only as bad as I let myself be.

Muay Thai is not exactly what it used to be, though. There have been changes made and rules put into place to make it what it is today. It does keep some of its older, "traditional" aspects, but it is not the same style it was years ago, just like Boxing is not the same since the introduction of the Queensbury rules. _________________ Success is where preparation meets opportunity.
