The real tough guys don't need any pills to alter their performance. It all comes down to mind over matter. Your mind can for the body to do anything. Just do not ever assume that you are weak.

I agree, personally I have never taken supplements. I just eat a healthy diet and drink lots of water after training.
I know many guys that do take supplements and I see no differences.
The great Karate masters of old had nothing to take and they were incredible.

i totally agree, though i feel using weights will be one thing that when i am able to use will enhance my cabability, but these supplements are a waist of time and money.

Chinese herbal supplements have been around for centuries and quite common in the martial arts specifically Tai Chi. Several formulas made of by Shifus build and maintain energy, as well as formulas to help speed recovery of bone, ligaments, and muscles injuries.
Five Immortals is one of Tai Chi People's most popular custom formulas. It is used as a general health diet supplement for its benefits to all of the internal organs, skin, teeth, and bone development. Martial artists also use it to improve their flexibility.
