| we used these rules for the first time on tuesday and they are gonna take some serious getting used to. its so much harder to score and from the reffs/arbitrators side of things, its confusing as to when to yamay, as you get points for combos. |

Just to let everyone know, whoever follows WKF standards, the new rules are now in effect. That means, along with all the rules, that cloth mits are not allowed, and all groin protectors must be one piece, and Black Belts have all the work. For a rule book, go to http://www.wkf.net and download from there.

Its just for any new members, besides, they have the link in which you can promote karate for the Olympics, or at least they used to. That is why I want people to look.
