Sorry, but if you really think Bush is stupid then you simply are not paying attention. Everyone who has opposed Bush in the last 20 years or so has figured it was a slam dunk because "everybody knew" he was an idiot. Every one of them has eventually found himself (or herself, in the case of "sure thing" Ann Richards) sipping a beer at the losers' party and wondering how in the world that stupid bumpkin outsmarted them. I often disagree with Bush, but if you think he's stupid, you are the fool who fell for the act.
Bush is not a glib silvertongue like Clinton, granted. But if you think that has anything to do with intellgence then, again, you don't get it.

Frankly, if you wish to be the judge of who is a fool and who is not, you might capitalize proper names, the beginning of sentences--maybe even throw in an apostrophe when you write a possessive.

I just read where Bush ran 3 miles in under 21 minutes. Not too shabby.

I prefer to see Bush and Blair as a team and never on opposing ends. Allies, if you will.

OK I'm not going to really get into this because I don't want to start a shouting match. But how can you think that you can say "Bush is stupid" and NOT offend the American people, especially those who voted for him?? I realize that there are many people who dislike Bush, but c'mon, he didn't get into office because they drew his name out of a hat. People voted for him. Really, they did. I'm tired of hearing Bush receive worse thrashings than Clinton ever got. The day Bush stops defending this country, dong his duty and starts sleeping with interns is the day you can begin that crap. Just think of the alternative: Gore. *shudders*

It's simple monkeygirl, the very nature of Xpoison Freex post supports and implies an immature mindset. To simply state that the president of the US, is just stupid and fool, and then try to pad it by saying "no offense", is just the remarks of a kid(this would be true for any leader of any nation, or just any person). While obvious that no intelligent thought was put into the post, he doesn't even attempt to support his statement, again re-confirming the youthful, nieveness of the mindset. Xpoison Freex, Nobody has to like anybody, everyone is entitled to their opinion, if you're going to decide to comment about how much you dislike someone, you'd better have some supporting arguement, and least be able to come across in an educated manner. Or at least attempt to handle things like a mature adult, rather than throwing out childish insults. You only make yourself look like a fool, when you resort to such childish means, you'd do better to put you point across with facts during and educated discussion, rather that blurt out insults. But hey monkeygirl, what can you say? He is after all only 14.

"no offense"

Well, until about 5 months ago I was "only 14", so I don't want to put it that way. I have actually agreed with XpoisonfreeX on a number of occasions and I respect his opinion, I just don't agree with him here.

This post has been around long enough, not going in a good direction (never really was). Closed.
