I think Bush has got the upperhand on the physical fight but brain wise Blair wins hands down.

Given enough time, any man may master the physical. With enough knowledge, any man may become wise. It is the true warrior who can master both....and surpass the result.

Let's look at this logically:

Conditioning:
This is Bush, far and away. He has the resting heart rate of a 22-year-old NBA player (I mean this literally--that's the comparison his doctor made after his first physical as President.)
1-0 Bush.

Style?:
While neither seems to study any particular style, I think we might see a "Rocky vs. Apollo" type conflict. In other words, Bush would probably fight "righty" while Blair would probably be "lefty." This is probably an advantage for Blair.
1-1

Intellect:
I think this is a pretty even match, actually, with an edge going to Bush for the inevitable underestimation. At every phase of his political life the other side has chosen to believe its own propaganda about his stupidity, and every single time he has used their arrogance to annihilate them. I see no evidence of a difference this time--see posts above for evidence.
2-1 Bush.

Experience:
I don't know about Blair, but Bush is from Texas. Big deal, you say? Sure, until you remember that his daddy is a rich yankee! The lad must have spent an awful lot of his time defending himself and his family's honor, which I'd say gives him the edge in experience.
Beyond that, he was an alcoholic for years and undoubtedly picked up lots of barroom "streetfighting" experience. He may not remember most of those fights, but every bit helps. . . .
3-1 Bush

So you see, unless Blair has some as-yet-untapped inner demon upon which to call, Bush carries the day hands down. Now let's hope it never comes to this. . . . if the U.S. and Britain are fighting, we're both in big trouble.
