Good advice SubmissionFighter...
I tend to show up early and sleep, listen to music, watch some fights.
I have seen alot of guys burn themselves out before they even step into the ring. Too high strung. |

defienly good advice!!
Sleep well, and wake up ready to go!
First,listen to slow instrumental music and then a few hours later before u leave to the tourney....put on some fast jams.

Mortal Konbat
(jock jams)
..........etc 
and you should be all set to kick some booty
