It looks pretty sharp from this end. I don't have any experience with that kata, so I am afraid that I can't be much help. _________________ Success is where preparation meets opportunity.

AFter the first 3 shiko dachi, you rushed the next movement , up until the elbow strike.
Slow down the first part of sequence , just a tad, and then accelerate as you step back with the elbow.
Also watch your posture as you move from shiko dachi to shiko dachi.
I'll probably give it a 6.8 - 7.1 range of scoring. |

it looks good to me! i don't have any experience with that form or style but one comment i can make is that i think(not too sure due to bluriness) that you don't appear to be looking in the direction your going or seeming to be focused on what you're doing and kinda lookin at the judges every now and then. so just eye contact, other than that, looked very strong! _________________ "Smile. It looked pretty good. I do it a bit differently, but I still think it looked good.
Do you remember your scores and the scale on which you were scored? _________________ "When you come to a fork in the road, take it."

i think that you did alright around a 7.1 standings , their are small parts of your kata that just need more concentration , after you have this im sure you will get a better score. how did you go in the tourament?
