This procedure is to find your relaxed powerlevel.
1. What's your weight?
2. What's your age?
3. How tall are you in inches?
Now, add your weight, age, pounds you can lift(bench press) and how tall you are in inches, together and divide by 50. There's your Power Level.

This proedure is to find your max powerlevel.

umm im pretty weak but here it goes

im about 165, 17 yo, 6' 2-1/2", can probably bench about 110,

powerlevel= 7.33

and no i doubt this poll is accurate lol

In the pounds that we bench, is it only one rep? Because I do 3 sets of 10 reps.

I dotn see any coennection with the factors involved since lets say 10 years age difference is equal to 10 pounds of bench press I calcuklated anyways and it came up to : 8.34
