Well, the kup grade testing was posponed until yesterday, but it was a good day - I passed 3rd kup! 
It's been a good few weeks for me - a promotion in TKD and one in Karate too!
Thanks all for the good will messages - I'm sure they helped!
The weather here in the UK is boiling hot, so we'll all have to have another BBQ, all invited.
