Ok, I wasn't exactly sure wich forum to put this in, so bear with me.
The point of this is to start a sentance off with the title, and finish it with something related to martial arts.
I'll start off.
You know when your obbsessed with martial arts when your friend tries to give you a high-five and you put him in an arm lock, by accident.

...when you find yourself going through kata or techniques at school/work, like I often do during university classes, while seated.
I'm guilty of both being at the gym before my instructor and inadvertently assaulting a friend in a high-five, except I applied an armbar.
