LOL Monkeygirl. Having a real name of Pat that happens to me a lot. One mailing list I am on one of the guys was trying to figure out if I was Patricia or Patrick. For some reason on that list I am now known as Patricka.

Kung Fu Hamster meditation has many uses.

Visualizaton: can be used or pain control; relaxation; metally reviewing a physical activity for a sports performance; and other such uses. Most high level athletes in all sports use some type of visualization to enhance their performance.

Religious purposes: a very ancient use of medition.

Count to ten before you act when you are angry - ever heard that? That too can be a form of mini meditation.
