Hey all,
I am stuck.Does arai Goshi(sp?) mean inner hip throw or outer hip throw?

If it's harai-goshi then it's a lot like o-goshi but in this you stand on one leg while throwing Uke. So it is an outer leg/hip throw... Hmm
