Chi is learned by breathing and consentrate.

Breath deep and slow. Some books at the lib would be great help.

Chi is achieved by releasing yourself from this world. Breath deeply and focus your energy. Clear your mind.

To obtain chi is not skill. It comes in many ways in which we cannot control. To learn to discern chi is hard. Chi can come from anything we do. Exert a force, pull those long hours. That is all Chi. To discern and call it at will is hard. You just gotta keep practicin'

Is ki/chi something that can be obtained - I don't think so. I think it is more like learning to master your own innerself, then your own all ready existing life force.

It is not a topic that attracts everyone. And maybe everyone who comes in here will come in and leave with their own unique viewpoint on this topic.

I agree, you don't obtain it. You already have it. You can learn to focus/control it, much as you learned to control your muscle movement as a child to allow you to walk.

How does one obtain "Chi" or "Ki"... You can't, such things are not real. Don't worry about myths and just train.
