Boris, Welcome. Dont give up. It will take time and effort but it is worth it. I started outalmost 2ys ago and I was really out of shape with no flexibility. I could kick knee
high and I couldnt touch my toes. (I couldnt
see them either) I have lost almost 50lbs
I started 2 classes a week now I am up to 4.
I feel better now than 10 yrs ago.

YOU CAN DO IT!!!!
Good Luck,

i would have to say TKD is very nice because you don't have to be athletic to do it.
