Hello and thank you all. I cannot imagine living now without some kind of involvement in the martial arts.

Kickbutt there is a vast amount of material on the martial arts on the internet. Maybe your friend would enjoy doing some research? She might learn more about what makes you tick.

orr poor you. The first time I did karate I got an amazing buzz, a feeling of strength that seems to never ceases growing.
However I did ballet for 10 years and often had this problem with spinning and you shud try to move your head as little as possible because its the liquid in your ears which causes this nastiness. Focus your eyes on a spot infront of you (as far away as you like) and twist your body then quickly at the end of the spin turn your head and search for the focus spot again.

This is generally not a good sign. You may want to start with your spinning kick on the ground and doing them more slowly. You may also want to rest for one minute in between kicks.
