Ah....I kinda know what you're feeling....How many did u do? One time we spent almost 5 minutes doing spin kick after spin kick up and down the floor....What helps is doing what professional figure skaters do when they spin on the ice --focus on a spot on the wall in front of you, or say a target....don't follow with your eyes as you spin...take a deep breath before executing the spin ...ehaling as you spin around. Whew!!! it takes some getting used to...

AAAAWWWWW!! Poor Jack! Yeah, I get pretty dizzy from them too! Two pieces of advice for ya:
1. Do as KickChick says and focus on one point then snap your head around to that point again, then kick!
2. Keep your head up - DO NOT look down, as it will make you very dizzy!!
The only way I learned it was to just do it over and over again - my sensei would always tell me "NO FEAR LORI!!!", so that I would do them fast and with no fear, of course - it worked!!! NO FEAR JACK!!!

when doing a spinning kick you gotta look at your target and then kick
so when you spin and your back is facing your target you should be looking at your target by then and then kick |
