I have zero training in weapons, but the tonfa has always interested me. Seems to be quite a versatile weapon. I hope one day I'll take the time to learn, but for now I've got to get my shodan in shotokan, and get through college lol. Life is like an all you can eat buffet--you can't get everything on one plate.

My favourite Okinawan Weapons are a pair of Sai.

I like blades, my favourite is my Anglo Arms tactical tanto.

I train Fronteer Tomahawk and Bowi Knife because I find it interesting.

PTK focuses on the ginunting. That's the weapon of choice. The knife portion of the system is built around the same geometry. For my EDC it's a spyderco police model with skateboard tape on the hilt for grip.

I've not meet a Okinawa Kobudo weapon that I didn't like!!

I'm quite fond of any weapon in the Bo family...the Sai and Nunchaku family!! I do have to admit that I get a tickle from the Kama and Tonfa family as well!! Then there's the Tinbe-rochin [Shield and Spear]. Oh, yeah, I've a relationship with Surujin [Weighted Chain].

Man, I like them all!!

Spears really interest me, but I haven't really delved into them too much, aside from learning a little nunti. The closest to "focusing on" a weapon I have gotten lately is refreshing my kama kata, and learning a little Italian longsword.

I really enjoy spears. My favorite has to be the long sword. Ever since I was a kid I loved European sword play.
