Personally I prefer to use my hands when I am going for the body as the shots are close and quick, and my feet when going to the head - because my feet are quite quick and also score full points.

Yes my sig is my style, and Okinawan Karate uses mostly hand , kicks and sweeps are for a really good technique. As my instructor tells us,:punch behind your block, punch behind your jab, and punch behind your kick.
