You think? Shouldn't the name of your art have been the first thing you learned in class? _________________ 1st dan Tae Kwon Do

well - this is the website http://www.dansanjoe.freeserve.co.uk
I have got it in my mind that it is aiki-jutsu, but i arent sure as they dont talk about it a lot, they just show us the techniques and their purpose - and when they would come in handy! _________________ Anthony Bullock

Yes, whats your point?
Atemi Waza, are strikes to vital areas.
Again, you seem confused as to the name of your art. Also there are a few School's of jujutsu, so finding a gradin sheet for you would be difficult. Perhaps you could find one for yourself. No offence.
I have never heard the term Atemi Waza used in Shotokan or Judo. |

You use atemi-wasa al the time in Shotokan.
You strike Sugetsu - Atemi-wasa
You strike Kinteki - Atemi-wasa _________________ "You Are Never Given A Dream Without Also Being Given The Power To Make It True. You May Have To Work For It, However"

isnt atemi - ryu to strike vital areas to cause damage or something
Kensai - please tone down the content of your posts, you come off as offensive to me - i come on here to seek guidance and help in a field where i know not a lot and all you do is kick me back down, and use your "superior" knowledge to overpower me. _________________ Anthony Bullock
