| Very good, I like it when this sort of thing happens, although I think there was some sort of training going on there, the second kick was brilliant. The first was funny - maybe the alternative Mae Geri! |

In my dojo I am alawys amazed how much the ladies love the 'kin geri' kick (snap kick to the <guess where>) but more than that the exquisite perfection, execution the finishing techniques to the kata- 'Pinan sono Go' are performed to!
