My name is Tony from Ottawa.
I joined a Shotokan Karate Club (with some Shyto-Ryu).
I have my orange belt at the moment. I still have a lot to learn. I started point-sparring a couple of
I hope to learn from everyone's experiences. My main focus is self-defence.
