Tonight for dinner having Chinese - Chop Suey or Curry, sounds great to me

You guys are on to a great start! You've even got me to start eating some more protein in my diet....for me I am 130 lbs. so for a woman I need I need about 100 grams of protein a day. So if I eat a 1/2 cup of tuna thats about 1/4 of my serving a protein for the day 26 grams!
If you skip a meal or just can't get a hold of a protein....keep those protein powders handy and mix yourself up a shake...they approx. have about 20 grams a serving.
Let's compare mass in a couple of weeks!!!

Dinner, - Turkey sandwich, Ham Sandwich, Apple, Mars bar!

Tea - Spaghetti Bolognese, Cheese, Bread
Dessert, - Apple pie(2), Evaporated Milk

I love this diet.

I tried 35 Kg, too easy.I switched to 45Kg.

I weigh in at about 12 stone.Dunno what that is in metric units.

Good to see our good doing is having an impact on other people wanting to join in.

Moobrack you sure are lucky having all that lovely filling food.

Do you mean weights for lifting there? If so, you are a fair bit stronger than meh

I am 8.5 stone, 53 kg, 12 stone must be about 75kg?

heh, 6'3" is my ideal height for when I've grown up

Hopefully with this diet there's no chance of me growing to be small
