Hey im 1.91 m tall and weight 96-98 kg is it ok for me to start kickboxing im 16 . i recently lost my kind of hip indury and i am feeling better shape and want to do something before i put on all this weight i was good shape. and want to get there agien. sorry for bad english.

Don't worry about your height/weight too much, they've got that all figured out for you already; their called weight classes. If you think you are too short for a particular weight class, after spending some time training, you can look into doing different things to make your weight. But to start out, I wouldn't worry too much about it.
