You can't target fat loss. You can only consume less calories than you burn and see an overall reduction in body fat percentage. There's no magic cure, it all comes down to hard work. _________________ "Everything has its beauty, but not everyone sees it." ~ Confucius |

Solid post!!
I know from recent, and ongoing, journey to do that very same thing as described in the OP.

If your goal is to loose belly fat, you really need to create a caloric deficit through diet and exercise. Otherwise your body will continue to keep some reserves! _________________ 5th Geup Jidokwan Tae Kwon Do/Hap Ki Do

Can't lose belly fat fast unfortunately. You need to put more energy out than what you put in to lose weight.
Some people will lose belly fat first before any other area, whereas some will lose fat off their glutes + legs first. |

Fasting is another way to loose unwanted body fat; something I do, but never compromise on drinking plenty of water.
A person really needs to know their own limitations to be able to fast sensibly. |

Belly fat is good for you. It protects your internal organs from strike damage!
