That sucks...

Are you not going to return because it was a McDojo?

I suggest giving it a week...(whether you feel it is a McDojo or not), maybe you just havent seen what it has to offer yet.

If aikido doesn't work out there's always hapkido. Which I heard was like aikido, ju jitsu, taekwondo(only with a lot more handstrikes) put together and also with some weapons. Im not sure on this though.

Hapkido is AIKIDO, for the less spirtually minded.

I like Hapkido its Aikido's younger sister. As I understand it the grand master of Hapkido, studied with O sensei Ueshiba. He introduced some other styles to create modern Hapkido.

we just did an arm bar and take down from an overhead strike, as well as some rolls and break falls. rolls are hard to do with an artificial leg though, i'll have to figure something out
