I'm Ilya!
My youngest daughter, Julia, practices karate shotokan in Russia.
I want to learn how training and karate competitions are held in other countries, to get acquainted with interesting athletes, and also to share videos from small regional karate competitions in Russia in the city of Krasnodar.
