Hi all, I've just joined karate forums and want to say hi and introduce myself. I've been learning karate jitsu, for over 3yrs and joined the website to expand my knowledge of karate and share experiences. Also I'm 30yrs young in may, so would like tips on how to maximise my longevity in continuing my martial arts journey. Thanks all from Matchu B San!
