Hey all. For those of you who don't watch football ..... or your team didn't make it, and you're not interested in it ..... There will be karate on ESPN2 Sunday night (26th) starting at 6:00pm. It's about time they had karate on at a reasonable hour!

Im watching football but I will get it at 2am in the recast lol.
I would liek to see some traditional kata instead of the fast dance stuff they do. The breaking is fun to watch.

G, there will be power breaking/creative on, I think. But yea, I agree. I'd love to see a beautifully performed traditional form.
