Anyone else as excited as me about the upcoming show? Slightly disappointed at the look of the grand inquisitor from the trailers (especially since they have done a live action pau'an before in Revenge of the Sith and they looked much better).
I'm also curious if it will include a live action debut for Cal Kestis
(in case there was any doubt, yes i am a massive star wars geek!) |

Possibly not as excited... but it is something that I definitely want to see, I have been trying to get through the Mandalorian, but it's something I have to try and find time for on my own as it's not something my wife is really into. (and time is hard to find for similar reasons you expressed in your cobra kai post!)
It may be a case of using the time I find for the Mandalorian to watch Kenobi instead... unless they are linked and would be missing something if I didn't get up to date first? _________________ Ashley Aldworth

They are set in different time periods - Kenobi is set before the original star wars film and the Mandalorian is set after Return of the Jedi, so there shouldn't be any spoilers (with the disclaimer that Kenobi is yet to air!)
Personally i found the second season of the Mandalorian better than the first one. Kenobi is an unknown quantity, i want it to be amazing, but i could see it being a disappointment. the upcoming Ahsoka show should be good though - she is one of the best characters in the clone wars cartoons and it will allow them to branch out a little |

The last three episodes could have been retitled "The Cameo of Boba Fett" |

I love it. Like you, I have some gripes here and there, but they tend to be minor. They have done a great job showing us why everyone was so scared of Vader during the Imperial Reign. That walk through the town was chilling. _________________ Martial arts training is 30% classroom training, 70% solo training.

Yeah, plus the scene at the end of Episode 5 was the most powerful they have shown any force user on screen so far.
I was quite excited (i'll admit) to hear them mention Quinlan Vos; he would be an awesome character to base a spin off on |
