Why so aggresive. Each one of you makes good points. Aggresivness will not solve anything. You must give each side of argument and then come to a peaceful concluson.

all i gotta say is that muay thai will rip up any martial arts out there....and eye of the tiger is right...thai boxers are trained way more than any other fighters of any kind of art

thug: I never said that they are trained more than any other MA I simply pointed out that Muay Thai fighters are conditioned enough to sustain blows to the head better than other MA's.

I agree with tiger. Conditioning and training are completely different things.

are you implying jj would win over judo?

And for the answer to this thread look at the k1 fights you get some guys who dont clinch at all and kick head. an then those other "thai boxerS" who pick people up an body slam them.

Hey folks there's a really interesting kung fu website at

http://members.tripod.com/~crane69

It documents the history of Muy Thai vs Kung Fu

along with some interesting info on the developement of Sanda & San Shou.

The results of the competitions really supprts the idea that victory between these styles is determined by the rules they fight under.

In a fight between two similarly talented, conditioned, experienced, and sized MA's from each style - it comes down to who needs and wants to win the most. As always I believe in the fighter more than the style.
