It can be hard to take it easy when you find something you like doing and want to get better at though.

Number 1 rule ive allways lived by:
NEVER EVER underestimate the person you fight agaisnt. Small or Large, Lanky, Fat wateva. Allways keep you wits about you
But saying that never be afarid of them ethier.

Kickboxing is great, period. If you want to just train or if you want to be a pro and go for a title, do it. Nothing can stop you if you want to, male or female.

I did it and retired happy and with 3 titles to show for it. Never give up and try it.

Every martial art requires you to be fit and athletic and strong, not just kickboxing. They martial arts do this to you both mentally and physically.

Kickboxing's just another martial art, like karate and TKD, and it does the same job.
