Has anyone studying TKD been taught weapons as a part of TKD? Most Korean Instructors know weapons, and way more than they have a tendency to share, at least that's been my experience.

I am on a mission to make my TKD experience the most complete training I can. I think weapons are important.

Curious to see what others have to say.

Check out http://www.Ashleybeck.com

Ashley Beck is a TKD man who also trains in Capoerra. His speciality is musical forms, but he also uses kama for musical weapons forms.

Hope this helps

Tobias

We learn nunchaku basics and we used to have an instructor who taught private bo lessons, but he went to college so now it's just the nunchaku.
