My favorite kata and training tunes come from:
Donald Glaude "Spin Back"
Paul Oakenfold "Swordfish sountrack"
Fatboy Slim "Kalifornia"
Carl Cox
DJ Sasha

Hmm.. I listen to lots of different stuff. I've got to go my favorite as "Broken Home" by Papa Roach when I'm doing forms. Just puts a lot of emotion into it. My parents were going through a divorce when that came out. But Linkin Park's a classic before sparring. Gets the blood flowing.

Yup! I recently added Vanilla Ice to my training music. Not his old rap stuff, but his new rock. Anyone heard the heavy metal version of Ice Ice Baby? Its awesome.
