Hey KickChick

"If it kills you, it kills you" ----- In Bruce's case maybe it did!

Hey Shotochem

If you're gonna quote me - quote me properly

"No, try not.
Do, or do not.
There is no try."

Ok - seeing as it's quotation time - here's one I like...

Strong men can always afford to be gentle. Only the weak are intent on "giving as good as they get." ...Elbert Hubbard

Well i think that once you get the hang of someone punching at you in a fight you can do something different to make a fighter struggle and for you to get the advantage

um yoda thats interesting

it is true if your strong and in a fight you don't have to use your full strenght but it's their just in case. But if your weaker and using your full power but if you are the one struggling you can't use the power you would have if you were stronger

thats what i think.

Yo Kicker - you wrote "it is true if your strong and in a fight you don't have to use your full strenght "

My quote had more to do with not fighting. You know - "The art of fighting widout fighting" (We could take this boat.....)

kick chick i read that book too ..and that particular passage made me realize that the only time we have limits is when where not forced to push on to something more..and life is like that...when were "forced " like a personal crisis..or personal circumstances which seem overwhelming..then is when that fighter spirit inside rises and says.."im not going out like that"..ive been like that a couple of times in my life.ready to say i give up..but then saying to myself..no way ..im gonna make it through this too..and what happens in life is that everytime you do make it through your stronger..and theres always something else to make it through..and in this we grow even much stronger..until you get to a point where you say..wow how did i make it through then??that was tough but now it seems like nothing..compared to what i face now...but life goes on..and you will always have things workout..as long as youre forced to do so..
