I think its rubbish,it shows martial art at its worst. By the way sutton-uk the big guy is called silvio simac. I have met him at the national martial arts awards in london ,we talked for ten mins the guy is brilliant.
He was about to star in the matrix 2 but they have canceled it cheers.

Ahh Silvio Simac - I've met him
I dont know him personally, but I was given an impression of him when he did a 35 min video at an awards ceremony.
BTW, The main idea behind the awards was to show students acheivements.
But like I said - I've never met him personally, so i can't judge him

with masters of combat , some of the tasks you had to werent martial arts oritentated at all, such as putting the water in a container, whilst working your abs , huh?,
p.s did you know that Gale Porter is a black belt in kung fu

I thought it was karate. Oh well.
I didn't realise we had so many Brits here. Mind you, we are sort of outnumbered!
Did anyone else get snow today (Sat 22nd)? We did up here in N. Yorks. A bit off topic, but 'I'm dreaming of a white Christmas ....'
