What are your fav combos i.e. using boxing punches and thai knees, elbows feet/shin etc.

Please display them in the format...

eg.
Lead jab, rear cross, low round kick.

Here are a few that we work...

Eight Count Muay Thai Series

These drills are worked in three basic formats: -
As non-pad drills with a partner
As 8 count Thai pad drills
As a 3 x 3 min pad drill (hits 1-4 ; hits 5-8; hits 1-

8 COUNT No.1
(Working hits off alternate sides)
Lead teep
Rear round kick
Lead elbow
Rear long knee
Lead Hook
Rear cross
Lead hook
Rear round kick

8 COUNT No.2
(Working hits off alternate sides & teep defense)
Lead scoop from lead teep ? move a quarter turn
Rear kick up into descending calf
Lead round kick
Rear cross
Lead uppercut / hook
Rear round kick * (join here to No.2 in first combo to form 12 count)
Lead elbow
Rear long knee

8 COUNT No.3
(Low kick defense)
Block a rear low round kick
Stepping lead cut kick
Rear round kick
Lead hook
Rear cross
Lead round kick
Rear cross
Rear elbow

8 COUNT No.4
(Low kick defense & double hits off same side)
Block a rear low round kick
Skipping lead round kick off the block
Rear long knee
Rear round kick
Lead elbow
Rear elbow
Lead elbow
Rear round kick

8 COUNT No.5
(Working lead changing against retreating opponent)
(Drill also by substituting the round kick for long knee)
Lead snap kick to groin
Rear round kick & step fwd into right lead
Rear cross
Lead hook
Rear round kick & step fwd into left lead

Rear round kick

8 COUNT No.6
(Working hits off your rear side from a jab)
Parry the jab & rear oblique kick to knee, stepping back to guard.
Rear cross
Lead hook
Rear long knee
Rear middle round kick
Grab & control the head - rear knee
Lead knee
Rear knee

8 COUNT No.7
(Working hits off the lead side from a jab)
Rear parry & lead inward gunting (sliding eye jab on 1/2 beat)
Hinge into lead hammerfist through the target
Come back with lead horizontal elbow
Skipping lead knee
Lead middle round kick
Rear cross
Lead hook
Rear low kick

8 COUNT No.8
(Working hits of alternate sides from a jab)
Destroy the jab with a lead rising elbow (with rear parry)
Rear diagonal elbow
Lead horizontal elbow
Rear long knee & step down to right lead
Rear middle round kick
Lead hook on the way out
Rear cross
Lead hook

8 COUNT No.9
(Working defense from rear round kicks)
Zone in and diagonally forward with lead wrap (step fwd into right lead)
Left knee into pad - release the leg and step forward to left lead with...
Rear diagonal elbow
Lead horizontal elbow
Shin block from rear low kick
Zone in and diagonally forward with left cut kick (lightly on his inner thigh)
Rear middle round kick
Rear low kick

8 COUNT No.10
(Working defenses from teep)
Scoop with lead hand clockwise and zone right from lead teep
Rear (right) rising shin into descending calf (lightly!)
Lead middle round kick (then padman moves through 90 deg to face you)
Scoop with lead hand clockwise and zone right from rear teep and catch the ankle.
Step in and cut kick with left (lightly!) - then padman moves through 90 deg to face you.
Rear cross
Lead hook
Rear low or middle round kick.

8 COUNT No.11
(Working defenses from rear cross)
Lead parry and rear knee
Lead elbow on the way out
Rear cross (he moves out)
Rear middle round kick
Lead parry and rear horizontal elbow to fist
Step down with right hammerfist into right lead
Rear cross
Lead hook

8 COUNT No.12
(Working same side multiple hits)
Lead parry and rear knee off a cross
Rear middle round kick
Rear knee
Rear teep
Lead snap kick to groin
Lead knee
Lead middle round kick
Lead teep

Well I like a lot but here is one

jab jab cross to the body right knee left elbow or then a kick of some kind

How about a lead jab, roundhouse to leg followed by a knee to the same leg....ouch!
