I like this topic!

I’ve always relied on the elbow strike. Thankfully, I’ve only ever had to use it twice and it was exactly what ended both altercations.

I trained in Muay Thai for a year back in high school where I picked it up, but I gained a better understanding of its applications in my years of karate. Thank you Pinan’s and Naihanchi’s!
