I've got several playlist that I pull out time to time. They have a wide array of artist from Ralph Stanley and Johnny Cash to Rob Zombie and Marilyn Manson.
But personally give me a bit of Zombie or Disturbed and I'm good to go.
I try to make my playlists start out on the slow side and ramp you up then the end bring you back down. |

I find the soundtrack from the last samurai to be really relaxing and even motivating to do kata.
