thnx for the coment,
when you mean, the crunches - you mean instead of going from head touching the floor to mid air in perpendicular straight in the middle of your knees, going from the floor to the right or left hand side of the kness?
at my young age though, i feel that some of the schedule is slightly to taxing for me , it really drains my energy but refreshed afterwards
more replys welcome

i haven been keeping this for about 9 weeks know, i have really seen a real physical change after i do this schedule, but dnt get me wrong though, i dnt over do it, im only 14, so i keep careful not to over do it
the schedule goes like this,
monday - school schedule - 30min
tuesday - 1h 30min kung fu lesson
wednesday- 1h 30min kickboxing lesson
thursday - school schedule - 30min
friday - school schedule - 30min
saturday - 1h 30min kung fu lesson
sunday - non school schedul - 1hr training
thats about it really, every two weeks i update the schedule by adding more press ups, or introdcing new things which i couldnt do b4, like one handed press ups, in four weeks time, i will start introducing some acrobatic work, by trynig handstands etc.., hopfully after christmas i would like to join a boxing club,

Hello again Dragon. You will find that most serious martial arts students have a training program. The length of time it involves varies a lot depending on the other time requirements of the person involved.
When you begin to develope your routine concentrate on the basics and start gradually. |
