if you want to learn a three sectional staff
then i suggest ho-gar kung fu, if you can find it,
or some other external kung fu art, but no wing chun, however dont expect to learn the three sectional staff straight away, i would imagine you would at least need to have a year of experience or have to be a black belt in order to start learning it
but if you cant wait then try out a book,
the best way to learn the three sectional staff in my view is to first to learn the basic nunchaka then to advanced, when your comfortable with the nunchaka , then move to the three sectional staff.

Try amazon.com for books, as it has reviews and stuff.
