Hi I'm new to forum. I come fron the UK. I practice, Karate ,PP's ,Self Defence.etc.
I am also looking for a training partner in the NW of the uk to train with.

Welcome, man. The UK...sorry. Are you just starting your training? Try to find someone in your school. I heard UK chicks are hot. I recommend one of those...or maybe two hot chicks. Yeah, two wouldn't hurt.

I've been into MA's for nearly 20 years.
I'm old 
38 
I have practiced Shotokan. Pressure points, Real Self Defence, Tai Chi.
